A Mate spotted a clip of me at the BKSA finals in Blackpool last weekend on ITV Regional News. Nailed a nice forward loop Kiteloop about 58 seconds in...  First time on the podium. Wind was very light during my heats yesterday, disappointing that I could not impress the judges with megaloops and had to rely on sbends, raileys, unhooked kiteloops and surface pass combinations. First Time out on My New 2010 Xelerator Kick 133x41.. What a session consistently nailing 25ft forward loop kite loops.. Really weird feeling that one.. sort of a corkscrew with me and the kite rotating different directions. Will try and get some video footage ASAP. If we get wind between now and Hunstanton Comp at the weekend will try and turn it into a 720 forward loop with kiteloop.. Dont think thres another junior who can nail a single let alone a double :-) New board was nice, its an off the shelf Kick as cant get a custom made in time before before the Hunstanton competion. I did not notice the extra length and width when riding however landings were smoother. Expensive Day... Sorry Mum! 28/06/2010
It was all going so well, then my Naish 10m leading edge exploded whilst it was sitting on the beach waiting for the lines to be connected. Went out on my 7m, after 30 mins smashed into a groyne, and trashed my custom board.. B*ll*cks! Greatstone 10/06/2010
Rain Held off for a very Northerly session at Greatstone after school. Lit on my 7m meant sweet kite loops :-). Also grabbed 30 mins on a Xelerator Fish Waveboard which was fun. Fred.. If your reading Are U meant to land kiteloops on these? ;-) Finally some wind 06/06/2010
